About the role#
Bashas' is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to work under the supervision of the Pharmacy Manager in Incline Village, Nevada. This role supports the daily operations of the pharmacy, focusing on patient-centric care and achieving business objectives. This is a paid, full-time position for Winter 2026.
What you'll do#
- Assist with pharmacy operations, including customer service, inventory management, and expense control.
- Deliver Pharmacy Care programs, such as immunizations, injections, testing, and patient adherence platforms.
- Monitor patients to ensure positive therapeutic outcomes and minimize adverse drug effects.
- Provide patient consultations regarding drug therapy plans and potential interactions.
- Support the preparation, dispensing, and sale of prescription and pharmacy-related products.
- Help optimize pharmacy financials and workflow efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Valid state-issued Pharmacy Intern license for the state of Nevada.
- Current Immunization Certificate.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet store and customer needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
