About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site in Manitoba, supporting agronomic research and field operations. This role is designed for students who are currently enrolled in an agriculture degree program and plan to return to their studies after the summer.
What you'll do#
- Organize and manage large-scale agronomic trials.
- Evaluate seed treatments, herbicides, and fungicides.
- Operate ATVs and pull-behind sprayers to maintain trial sites.
- Transport equipment between various locations.
- Assist with customer tours and team presentations.
- Complete and present a final research or demand creation project.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an agriculture science or related degree program.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region and work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on workplace safety.
- Enthusiasm for agronomy and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience with farm equipment and sprayers is an asset.
