About the role#
The Grow@BASF internship program offers undergraduate students a 12-week summer experience within the Agricultural Solutions division. This role focuses on commercial business operations and provides exposure to product marketing, customer experience, digital tools, communications, market analysis, and supply chain management. You will work alongside mentors and professional teams to develop technical and professional skills through hands-on assignments.
What you'll do#
- Support projects that address real-world commercial and business needs.
- Collect, organize, and analyze market or business data to identify trends.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other software applications to complete tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and experienced professionals.
- Develop recommendations, presentations, and other project deliverables.
What you'll need#
- You are currently an undergraduate student.
- You are highly motivated and mobile-minded.
- Relevant majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Economics, or Communications.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is field-based with coverage across several U.S. locations, including the North Carolina area.
- Sponsorship is not available for this position.
