About the role#
This 12-week summer internship program places undergraduate students within the Agricultural Solutions division. You will work alongside a mentor and commercial teams to support business projects. The role provides exposure to product marketing, customer experience, digital tools, communications, market analysis, and supply chain operations. You will receive ongoing feedback and mentorship throughout the summer while exploring future career paths at the company.
What you'll do#
- Support projects that address real-world commercial and business needs.
- Collect, organize, and analyze market or business data to identify trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and experienced professionals.
- Develop recommendations, presentations, and project deliverables.
- Build skills in business analysis, communication, and problem-solving.
- Gain exposure to commercial strategy and customer operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- A highly motivated mindset and willingness to be mobile.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

- Modality: This is an on-site, field-based opportunity with coverage across various U.S. locations, including the Raleigh, North Carolina area.
