About the role#

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking Diesel students for the 2026 Summer Intern Program. This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship based in Elko, Nevada, running from May or June 2026 through the first week of August 2026.

What you'll do#

Complete projects that contribute to real-world operations.
Collaborate with experienced professionals in the mining industry.
Work on-site at cutting-edge facilities.

What you'll need#

Current enrollment in a Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering program with proof of enrollment for Fall 2026.
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, verified by transcripts.
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, including a drug and alcohol screen and, if applicable, metals testing.

Location & details#

Location: Elko, Nevada.
Term: Summer 2026.
Compensation: Competitive pay with free, fully furnished housing provided.
