About the role#
Barge Design Solutions is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Atlanta, Georgia. You will work alongside mentors and leaders to gain practical experience in human resources.
What you'll do#
- Assist with talent acquisition tasks.
- Coordinate interview and onboarding processes.
- Support the deployment of learning and development activities.
- Help deploy leadership development tools and provide management support.
- Work with the HR Director on special projects.
- Communicate with team members across various locations.
- Support business professionals with daily operations.
- Collaborate with the team on new ideas and innovations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Human Resources or a related field at an accredited university.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, LinkedIn, Cornerstone ATS, and ADP.
- Ability to work on-site without sponsorship.

- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) during Summer 2027.
