About the role#
Barge Design Solutions is offering a paid, full-time internship for the Summer 2027 term. This role focuses on water-related civil engineering projects. You will work on-site at one of our specified office locations to gain professional experience while learning from our team of engineers.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members to develop new ideas and innovations.
- Support engineers as they complete project deliverables.
- Prepare construction documents.
- Use software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program for Civil Engineering at an accredited university.
- A current GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
Location & details#
- Locations: Columbus, GA; Dothan, AL; or Panama City Beach, FL.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) during Summer 2027.
- Compensation: This is a paid position. Housing assistance is not provided, and interns are not eligible for company benefits.
