About the role#
Barge Design Solutions is hiring for a Civil Engineering intern for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in either Knoxville or Nashville, Tennessee. You will work 40 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Support engineers as they complete project deliverables.
- Prepare construction documents.
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation for design tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new ideas and innovations.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of a Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- A current GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.

- Locations: Knoxville, TN and Nashville, TN.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work modality: On-site.
