About the role#
Barge Design Solutions is hiring a Civil Engineering intern for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid position based in Huntsville, Alabama. You will work on-site to gain practical experience while learning from our team of engineers.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members on new ideas and innovations.
- Support engineers as they complete project deliverables.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents.
- Gain experience using software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Civil Engineering at an accredited university.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.

- Location: Huntsville, Alabama.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Modality: On-site.
