About the role#

This position is for an Intern-Nurse II in the Med/Surg department. The role focuses on providing technical assistance and patient care under the direction of a registered nurse to support quality patient outcomes and assist nursing staff.

What you'll do#

Assess patients under the direction of a registered nurse.
Implement and contribute to the development and evaluation of patient care plans.
Provide direct patient care and general assistance to the nursing team.
Participate in ongoing educational activities and quality improvement initiatives.
Build knowledge in clinical leadership and complete assigned goals.

What you'll need#

Graduation from a registered nursing program and currently awaiting licensure.
BLS certification (must be obtained within 14 days of hire).
Basic computer literacy.

Location: Southaven, Mississippi.
