    About the role#

    This position is for an Intern-Nurse II in the Med/Surg department. The role focuses on providing technical assistance and patient care under the direction of a registered nurse to support quality patient outcomes and assist nursing staff.

    What you'll do#

    • Assess patients under the direction of a registered nurse.
    • Implement and contribute to the development and evaluation of patient care plans.
    • Provide direct patient care and general assistance to the nursing team.
    • Participate in ongoing educational activities and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Build knowledge in clinical leadership and complete assigned goals.

    What you'll need#

    • Graduation from a registered nursing program and currently awaiting licensure.
    • BLS certification (must be obtained within 14 days of hire).
    • Basic computer literacy.

    • Location: Southaven, Mississippi.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
