    About the role#

    This is a paid, full-time summer position for the Summer 2026 term based on-site at the U of L Madisonville Campus.

    What you'll do#

    • Perform general clerical functions to support the U of L Madisonville Campus.

    What you'll need#

    • High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
    • Proficiency in word processing and computer application skills.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Preference given to candidates with experience in the High School Rural Scholars program.
    • Currently pursuing a major in Business Administration, Communications, or Human Resources.

    Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville is a nonprofit healthcare organization based in Madisonville, Kentucky, that operates as a partnership between Baptist Health and Deaconess Health systems. With a workforce of 1,001 to 5,000 employees, the system provides medical services to residents of western Kentucky across 35 locations. The organization maintains a 410-bed hospital and supports a network of more than 100 primary care and specialist physicians. Clinical operations include a 20-bed Critical Care unit, a Family Medicine Residency program, and specialized departments for cancer, heart and vascular, and women's health.
