About the role#

This is a PRN position involving variable shifts. You will work under the supervision of a Respiratory Therapist or Respiratory Care Technician to perform respiratory care procedures for which you have received training.

What you'll do#

Perform routine respiratory care procedures as defined by the Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care.
Support the respiratory therapy team in daily patient care activities.
Assist in the administration of therapy and treatments.

What you'll need#

Current enrollment in an approved Respiratory Care program, validated by an official transcript.
Completion of at least six months of didactic training in a Respiratory Program with a passing grade.
A state license as a student issued by the Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care.
BLS certification.
High school diploma or GED is preferred.
