About the role#
The Engineering & Technology internship program offers students the chance to gain hands-on experience within a global energy company. You will work on projects that support our operations, receive mentorship from a dedicated buddy and manager, and participate in team meetings. This program provides insight into the processes and systems used to deliver technology solutions.
What you'll do#
- Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
- Assist engineers and technologists with research, data analysis, and technical support.
- Participate in the design process, create drawings or prototypes, and contribute to new product development.
- Document experiments, designs, and project information through reports.
- Collaborate on software development, coding, or programming tasks.
- Work within a team to address technical challenges and propose solutions.
- Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards in all tasks to ensure compliance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or a related STEM field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- Compensation: This is a paid internship with an hourly rate range of $22 to $44.
