About the role#
As a UX Design Research Intern, you will join our 12-week Summer Internship Program. You will work with the UX Research team and other departments to see how products are researched, designed, and delivered. This role supports product roadmap initiatives across several business units. You will also participate in a capstone project, sessions with business leaders, and financial literacy training.
What you'll do#
- Gather market data, identify trends, and analyze competitor offerings to help inform product decisions.
- Maintain product documentation, update timelines, and track progress on roadmap initiatives.
- Support communication between product, IT, and design teams to keep requirements and deliverables aligned.
- Collect and organize product performance metrics.
- Prepare reports for leadership review.
- Create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for new features or system upgrades.

- You must be a currently enrolled student.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in San Diego, California.
- The program takes place during Summer 2027.
- We offer two session options: May 25 to August 13 or June 14 to September 3.
- Offers are contingent upon passing a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening.
