About the role#
The UX Design Intern will join the Consumer UX Design team for a 12-week summer program. You will support the product development lifecycle from concept to launch while working alongside product managers and cross-functional teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego.
What you'll do#
- Gather market data, identify trends, and analyze competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
- Maintain product documentation, update timelines, and track progress on roadmap initiatives.
- Support communication between product, IT, and design teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Collect and organize product performance metrics for leadership reports.
- Create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for new features and system upgrades.
- Assist with design system maintenance and general UX design needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, specifically in Graphic Design or Industrial Design.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment.

- Compensation: Paid position with a target range of $17.85 to $24.15 per hour. Actual pay varies based on experience, skills, and education.
