About the role#
Axos Bank offers a 12-week Summer Internship Program designed to provide hands-on experience in a financial environment. As a Product Intern, you will support the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. You will work alongside Product Managers and cross-functional teams to learn how products are researched, designed, and delivered. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Gather market data, identify trends, and analyze competitor offerings to support product decisions.
- Maintain product documentation, update timelines, and track progress on roadmap initiatives.
- Support communication between product, IT, and design teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
- Collect and organize product performance metrics for leadership reports.
- Create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for new features and system upgrades.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an internship program.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
Location & details#
- This role is on-site.
- Locations include Edison, New Jersey; Los Angeles, California; and Omaha, Nebraska.
- The term is Summer 2027.
