About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship at Axos Bank for Summer 2027. You will join our 12-week program to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting. The program includes a capstone project, sessions with business leaders, financial literacy training, and Corporate Finance Institute courses. This role is based on-site in San Diego.
What you'll do#
- Analyze financial statements, performance metrics, and financial projection reports.
- Prepare dashboards and presentations for leadership using digital tools.
- Support the development of financial models for revenue projections and expense management.
- Update and maintain forecasting tools.
- Work with large datasets to identify trends.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to integrate financial data into decision-making processes.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- An interest in fintech, corporate finance, and digital banking innovation.
- Ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience using digital tools for presentations and dashboards.
- Understanding of financial statements and performance metrics.
