About the role#
This is a 12-week summer internship program at Axos Bank. You will gain hands-on experience in commercial banking, treasury management, and sales operations. The role includes a capstone project, sessions with business leaders, and financial literacy training.
What you'll do#
- Assist with onboarding new client accounts and managing signer changes.
- Handle general client service requests, such as account maintenance and user support.
- Respond to internal and external requests within service-level agreements.
- Support the development of process maps, procedures, and Rules of Engagement for sales teams.
- Input and track sales team activities in Salesforce and provide operational feedback.
- Participate in strategic and operational projects across Commercial Banking and Treasury Management.
- Collaborate with specialty deposit groups to understand client needs and service models.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor's degree.
- An interest in banking, as this is an entry-level role.
- Previous experience in a financial institution is beneficial.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance or Business Administration.
