About the role#
This is a 12-week Summer Internship Program designed to provide hands-on experience within the Commercial Banking division. You will work across teams including client onboarding, sales operations, and treasury management. Throughout the program, you will contribute to enterprise initiatives, participate in a capstone project, and engage in sessions with business leaders. Interns also complete financial literacy training, Corporate Finance Institute courses, and a volunteer day.
What you'll do#
- Assist with onboarding new client accounts and managing signer changes.
- Respond to internal and external requests within service-level agreements.
- Support the development of process maps, procedures, and Rules of Engagement for sales teams.
- Input and track sales activities in Salesforce while providing operational feedback.
- Participate in strategic and operational projects across Commercial Banking and Treasury Management.
- Handle general client service requests, such as account maintenance and user support.
- Collaborate with specialty deposit groups to understand client needs and service models.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
