About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Summer 2027 internship at Axos Bank. You will work on-site in San Diego for 12 weeks. This program includes a capstone project, sessions with business leaders, and financial literacy training. You will gain exposure to how banking operations function and learn about business strategy.
What you'll do#
- Assist with onboarding new client accounts by handling data entry and documentation.
- Support daily business operations, update internal systems, track project progress, and maintain records.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas regarding business goals and process improvements.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Perform quality checks and ensure work complies with internal procedures.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor's degree.
- An interest in learning how banking operations function.
- An interest in gaining exposure to business strategy.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
