Automation Analyst Intern

About the role#

The Automation Analyst Intern will support enterprise automation initiatives by designing and delivering scalable, low-code solutions. This 12-week summer internship provides hands-on exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within a regulated financial services environment. Interns will collaborate with technology and business partners to build well-governed, high-impact solutions that support a digital-first operating model.

What you'll do#

• Develop, configure, and enhance automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Document functional requirements, technical designs, and process flows.
• Build and test workflows, integrations, and UI components.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance to ensure compliance with business requirements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows while recommending enhancements.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to deliver well-documented, scalable solutions.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to design and deliver low-code/no-code solutions.
• Proficiency in documenting functional requirements and technical designs.
• Knowledge of automation tools for workflow and UI components.
• Experience supporting enterprise automation initiatives.
