About the role#
The Automation Analyst Intern will support enterprise automation initiatives by designing and delivering scalable, low-code solutions. This 12-week summer internship provides exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle within a regulated financial services environment. You will collaborate with technology and business partners to build well-governed automation solutions that support a digital-first operating model. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Develop, configure, and enhance automation solutions using low-code and no-code platforms.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Document functional requirements, technical designs, and process flows.
- Build and test workflows, integrations, and UI components.
- Support user acceptance testing and quality assurance to ensure compliance with business requirements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows while recommending enhancements.
- Collaborate with analysts and developers to deliver scalable, well-documented solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Ability to design and deliver low-code solutions.
- Experience documenting functional requirements and technical designs.
- Knowledge of automation tools for workflow and UI components.
- Ability to support enterprise automation initiatives.
