About the role#
Axis Communications is seeking an Events Production Intern to support the execution of the event schedule at the Americas headquarters in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. This role focuses on the logistical coordination and technical aspects of event production. This is a paid, on-site, fixed-term position.
What you'll do#
- Assist in managing logistics for assigned events and conferences.
- Learn tradeshow processes and the behind-the-scenes steps required for successful event execution.
- Provide technical support for exhibits, including firmware updates and baseline product configurations.
- Prepare and maintain event materials.
- Coordinate event registration and show services to ensure a seamless experience for staff.
- Organize event feedback to help improve future projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in event coordination, technical roles, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Compensation: $18 per hour.
