This role is focused on the audience experience delivered on stage and on screen, including production strategy, stage design, scenic elements, lighting, audio, video, graphics, presentation development, speaker content, show flow, and run of show execution. Unlike traditional event planning roles, this position is not responsible for attendee logistics such as registration management, hotel accommodations, transportation coordination, or food and beverage planning. The ideal candidate is an experienced event producer who can collaborate with clients and internal teams to transform program objectives into engaging, technically sound experiences. They are equally comfortable discussing creative concepts with clients, building detailed show flow documents, guiding external production vendors, managing budgets, and executing events onsite. The Sr. Event Producer works closely with account, creative, and client teams to develop innovative production solutions that elevate the attendee experience while meeting program objectives, timelines, and budget requirements. They serve as a key production partner throughout the lifecycle of each event, from initial strategy and concept development through onsite execution and post-event evaluation. You’ll spend your days on the followingPartner with clients and internal teams to develop event production strategies that support program objectives and audience engagement. Lead the planning and execution of production elements including stage design, scenic concepts, lighting, audio, video, graphics, presentation support, speaker content, and show flow. Develop and manage run of show documentation, production schedules, technical timelines, and show-related deliverables. Collaborate with creative teams to bring event concepts and content to life through thoughtful production solutions. Guide speaker preparation efforts, presentation development, rehearsals, and onsite speaker support. Lead production-focused conversations with clients, providing recommendations, solutions, and best practices. Manage production budgets and work with internal teams and external partners to align solutions with financial parameters. Source and manage production vendors, technical partners, freelancers, and other production resources as needed. Conduct venue assessments and technical reviews to identify production requirements, opportunities, and potential risks. Lead production meetings, rehearsals, technical walkthroughs, and program dry runs. Coordinate and oversee the integration of content, graphics, video, technical elements, and show flow. Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to protect the attendee experience and event objectives. Serve as a key onsite production lead, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication among stakeholders. Stay current on production trends, technology, and best practices within the live events industry. Support production planning and solution development for new business opportunities as needed. Take an active role in staff and team meetings. Energetically represent Augeo Experience's brand in the community, within the industry, among prospective and current clients, and internally. Travel (30%) and work extended hours during onsite event execution as required. What you need to be successful in this roleBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 8+ years of experience in live events, experiential marketing, event production, technical production, or a related field. Strong understanding of stage production, scenic design, lighting, audio, video, graphics, speaker support, and show flow development. Experience leading production workstreams or serving as a production lead on client-facing programs. Experience working directly with clients and presenting ideas, recommendations, and solutions. Experience developing and managing event production budgets. Experience managing production vendors and external partners. Strong project management and organizational skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating changing priorities. Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Collaborative mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Willingness and ability to travel and work nontraditional hours based on event schedules. Location Candidates must be based in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Wisconsin. Candidates local to an Augeo office are expected to work a hybrid schedule. Candidates outside commuting distance of an Augeo office may work remotely.
