About the role#
We are looking for an M&A Intern to join our team for the Winter or Summer 2027 terms. This position offers hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, providing exposure to deal processes and professional mentorship. You will work directly with our investment team to support business development and analytical projects.
What you'll do#
- Research industries to support our business development efforts.
- Identify and qualify prospective companies that match our investment profile.
- Find relevant research organizations, advisory groups, and trade conferences.
- Assist the investment team with analytical tasks, including valuation and due diligence.
- Support the M&A team on various business development projects.
- Handle other related tasks as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a bachelor or master degree program in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- A willingness to learn and adapt.

- Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Duration: 4-month terms (January to April 2027 or May to August 2027), with potential for flexibility.
