About the role#
As an AI Deployment Intern at Ascential Technologies, you will help our automation machinery manufacturing team integrate AI into daily business operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals on projects that improve our engineering, project management, and administrative processes. This is a paid, part-time position designed to provide real-world experience in a hybrid work environment.
What you'll do#
- Work with internal teams to find and build AI-driven solutions.
- Manage AI projects from the initial concept phase through deployment.
- Research and evaluate various AI platforms and models.
- Build AI-enabled workflows, automations, and productivity tools.
- Train and support employees on AI adoption and best practices.
- Identify ways to improve operational processes using AI.
- Keep up with emerging AI trends and technologies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
- A strong interest in automation and artificial intelligence.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Capacity to work independently while contributing to cross-functional teams.

- Schedule: Part-time with flexibility for class commitments.
- Modality: Hybrid (onsite and remote).
- Compensation: $25.00 per hour.
