About the role#
This internship provides a hands-on, educational experience for students interested in collegiate athletics. You will work alongside full-time professionals within the Army West Point Athletics Association to support the football program. The role focuses on professional development and gaining insight into the operations of a Division I athletics department. This is an unpaid position intended to support academic learning.
What you'll do#
- Create recruiting graphics and content.
- Contribute to the creative vision and activities of the team.
- Participate in creative meetings.
- Assist with recruiting photoshoots and other creative productions.
- Support game day content creation and general graphic design needs.
- Serve as a production assistant during select football creative shoots.
- Manage day-to-day creative tasks and projects.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be a current college student or enrolled by September 2026 with proof of enrollment.
- An interest in collegiate athletics and sports.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Comfort with online research.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
- Initiative, reliability, and a positive attitude.

- Location: West Point, New York.
- Term: Fall 2026 through Spring 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
