This Sales Operations Analyst internship is designed for 2026 graduates to join the Go-To-Market Operations team. You will focus on transforming data into actionable strategies that support sales leadership and improve overall team performance. This role involves high levels of cross-functional collaboration and a focus on optimizing sales processes.
What you'll do#
- Identify business challenges and opportunities by using data analysis to provide strategic and tactical recommendations.
- Manage the reporting and analysis of sales pipeline, bookings, headcount, and productivity to identify growth trends.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly analysis to track sales quota achievement.
- Provide analytical and administrative support for the annual planning process, specifically for the design and implementation of sales territory strategy.
- Manage ongoing operational escalations and serve as a cross-functional point of contact.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a related STEM field at an accredited North American university.
- A strong foundation in analytical thinking, financial modeling, or quantitative coursework.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and structured spreadsheet design.
- Experience with process development and technical writing, with the ability to document and improve workflows.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a clear and concise style.
