The 2026 Security Analyst role is an Early Career Rotation Program designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of corporate security. Over 12 months, you will rotate through four key security disciplines, gaining hands-on experience and foundational skills to support the protection of company people, assets, and information. This program is intended to prepare emerging leaders for a full-time career within the Corporate Security team.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through four key Corporate Security teams over 12 months, spending four months in each area.
- Contribute to assessing travel risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Support the oversight of guard force vendors, aid in planning and executing security for company events, and assist with badging and access control operations.
- Support the development and refinement of crisis management plans and exercises.
- Translate complex security data, risk assessments, and incident reports into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Drive measurable improvements in day-to-day security operations while collaborating on cross-functional projects.
- Participate in structured mentorship from Corporate Security leaders and engage in on-the-job skill-building workshops.
What you'll need#
- Recent or upcoming graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns or risks.
- High proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
