2026 Human Resources/People Analyst - Early Career Rotation Program

About the role#

This 12-month early career rotation program provides hands-on experience across three core People functions: Compensation, Global Benefits, and People Operations. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of how to attract, develop, and support the organization's workforce. The program is designed for recent or upcoming graduates to develop HR acumen through structured mentorship, on-the-job skill-building, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do#

• Rotate through three key People teams over 12 months, spending four months in each: Compensation, Global Benefits, and People Operations.
• Support compensation planning cycles, manage benefits administration, and execute employee lifecycle processes.
• Translate complex People data into actionable insights using reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform strategic HR planning.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and business teams to drive measurable improvements in day-to-day People operations.
• Contribute to HR system data integrity and provide support for employee inquiries, onboarding, and offboarding.

What you'll need#

• Recent or upcoming graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
