About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Oak Park Heights, Minnesota. You will work with the Compensation team to design and implement standardized job description processes. This role offers hands-on experience in project management, process improvement, and compensation practices while supporting a key enterprise initiative.
What you'll do#
- Design and administer intake questionnaires and data collection tools to gather information from stakeholders.
- Create standardized job description templates, guidance materials, and supporting resources.
- Support communication and change management efforts by sharing project objectives, timelines, and expectations.
- Organize project materials and track progress.
- Identify opportunities to improve the job description process.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- An interest in compensation, job architecture, organizational design, process improvement, or HR operations.
