About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the insurance and surety industry. You will work directly with our teams in Insurance, Marketing, and Accounting/Finance. The program focuses on active participation rather than clerical tasks. You will gain a clear view of how a global insurance brokerage operates and finish the summer by completing and presenting a Capstone Project.
What you'll do#
- Work on projects within the Insurance, Marketing, and Accounting/Finance business units.
- Explore the processes behind Insurance, Surety, and Claims.
- Engage in the daily operations of a global insurance brokerage.
- Complete and present a Capstone Project.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising junior or senior.
- A minimum 3.3 GPA is preferred.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
- Positions are available in Jericho, NY; Plantation, FL; California; Atlanta, GA; South Barrington, IL; Whippany, NJ; Charlotte, NC; Ontario, Canada; Berwyn, PA; Canonsburg, PA; Plano, TX; and The Woodlands, TX.
- The program runs from June 1, 2027, to July 31, 2027.
