About the role#
As an Associate Account Manager, you will join the US Roadshow Team to help bring healthcare education to medical students. You will handle the planning, organization, and execution of events and workshops to grow the presence of AMBOSS in the US market. This role focuses on managing logistics, building student connections, and supporting the team to ensure demo events run smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain a network of student leads to support US Roadshow activities.
- Coordinate virtual school visits and on-site demonstrations by converting leads into event organizers.
- Strategize, plan, and execute workshops, webinars, and events for medical students.
- Build connections with brand representative students through email.
- Use data and analysis to optimize user and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with B2B, Marketing, and Clinician teams to capture the US market.
What you'll need#
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including storytelling abilities.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with software tools such as HubSpot, Looker, Metabase, Asana, or Google Sheets is a plus.
- A degree in Business Administration.

- This is a full-time, paid position based in New York, New York.
- The role follows a hybrid work model.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
