About the role#
The Manufacturing Engineer Intern will gain experience in developing and implementing cost-effective manufacturing processes. You will work on technical tasks while following established practices and procedures, with supervision available to support your work.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development of manufacturing systems with a focus on continuous improvement for quality and throughput.
- Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes.
- Study product requirements to inform your work.
- Research, design, modify, and test manufacturing methods and equipment.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or graduate student with 1-3 years of study at an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technological field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Analytical ability to solve complex problems.
- Must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR regulations.
