About the role#
As a Software Delivery Management Intern, you will work with our Software Product Management and Product Owner teams. You will gain hands-on experience in Agile delivery practices, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination. This 12-week, full-time program provides mentorship from experienced professionals while you help keep product teams aligned and on schedule.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to maintain and groom product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and backlog refinement, by capturing notes and action items.
- Track software delivery milestones, dependencies, and release schedules across multiple teams.
- Build and maintain status reports, dashboards, and delivery metrics like velocity, cycle time, and defect trends.
- Use AI-enabled tools to assist with documentation, research, meeting summaries, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, and UX partners to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
- Research Agile tools and industry trends to present findings to the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project/Program Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- This internship is based on-site at our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana.
- The program runs for 12 weeks from May 17, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
- This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
