About the role#
Agate Housing and Services is looking for a Human Resources intern to gain practical experience in a nonprofit setting. This role is designed for students who want to apply their classroom learning to real projects. What you'll do#
- Support the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Explore core HR functions including employee engagement, benefits administration, and training.
- Contribute to various HR projects.
- Develop your skills in organization and professional communication.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student.
- A focus on Human Resources or a related field of study.
- A motivated and curious mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and a desire to learn.
- Please note that applicants must not have received services from Agate within the last two years.

- This position is based on-site in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- This is an unpaid, part-time internship.
