The Sales Internship is a 10-week paid program focused on the three core phases of the business: Recruiting, Account Management, and Field Support, with an emphasis on sales. Interns will gain exposure to business operations while interacting with employees, candidates, contractors, and clients. Successful completion of this program may lead to a full-time offer for the Sales Development Representative program.
What you'll do#
- Post available positions via the internal candidate tracking system to build the candidate pool.
- Evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates for the interview process.
- Schedule candidate interviews with Recruiters.
- Shadow Recruiters during calls, interviews, and reference checks.
- Maintain documentation within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Participate in lead generation and shadow cold-calling sessions.
- Attend networking events, contractor lunches, and client visits.
- Shadow Account Managers through the client acquisition and requisition qualification processes.
- Observe Field Support during background investigations, drug testing, and unemployment claims processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university pursuing a BA/BS degree, preferably with a sales degree, minor, or certificate.
- Status transitioning between Junior and Senior years is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Prior experience in customer service and sales.
