About the role#
This position is for a Master's level student currently working toward their BCBA certification. You will work in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy for children between the ages of 18 months and 13 years old. This role is designed to help you finish your fieldwork requirements and prepare for the BACB exam.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based environment.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Develop clinical skills under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of your direct care schedule, to work on BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Master's program.
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- Completion of all restricted hours.
