    About the role#

    The Technical Training Coordinator Intern will gain practical experience by supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical skill development programs. Reporting to the Global Training Manager, this role involves coordinating training logistics and maintaining documentation to ensure operational accuracy.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the implementation and delivery of technical skill development programs.
    • Assist in scheduling, organizing, and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training materials, presentations, and learning content.
    • Track training participation, completion metrics, and effectiveness using internal reporting tools.
    • Maintain training documentation, databases, and Learning Management System (LMS) records.
    • Provide logistical support for events, including room setup, virtual session coordination, and material distribution.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Ability to utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop solutions.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
    • Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Richmond, Virginia.
    • Work Modality: Hybrid.
    • Employment Type: Full-time.
    • Compensation: $20 - $34 per hour, depending on qualifications, graduation year, and experience.
    • Term: Rolling.
