Finance Intern - Fall 2026

About the role#

The Finance Intern for Fall 2026 will gain practical experience by supporting operations within the automation machinery manufacturing sector. This full-time, paid position focuses on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, data accuracy, and workflow improvement. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with team members to analyze complex financial situations and develop strategic solutions.

What you'll do#

• Process and reconcile employee travel and expense (T&E) reimbursements to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies regarding expense reports, credit card transactions, and reimbursements.
• Review, validate, and submit vendor invoices while monitoring payment status.
• Identify and resolve invoice processing issues to support timely vendor payments.
• Document end-to-end P2P processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now and in the future.
• Ability to utilize critical thinking to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

• Location: Alpharetta, Georgia.
• Work Modality: Hybrid.

• Compensation: This position pays between $20 and $34 per hour, depending on qualifications, graduation year, and experience.
• Note: Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office location. No relocation assistance or stipend is provided.
