About the role#
The ABA Squad Student Analyst Program provides graduate students with clinical experience under BCBA supervision. This role allows you to earn unrestricted supervision hours toward your BCBA certification while working directly with clients. You will build your clinical foundation through hands-on training in a variety of settings including clinics, homes, and schools.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with clients to provide care.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Administer skill assessments such as VB-MAPP and ABLLS.
- Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Implement skill acquisition programs.
- Participate in supervision and parent training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an ABA graduate program.
- Previous experience working with children.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A team-oriented mindset and a dependable work ethic.
- An interest in applied behavior analysis and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
