About the role#
The ABA Squad Student Analyst Program offers graduate students a chance to gain clinical experience under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work in clinic, home, and school settings to build real-world skills while earning unrestricted supervision hours toward your BCBA certification.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on clinical experience under expert BCBA supervision.
- Earn unrestricted supervision hours toward BCBA certification.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Administer skill assessments such as the VB-MAPP and ABLLS.
- Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Implement skill acquisition programs.
- Participate in supervision and parent training.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an ABA graduate program.
- Experience working with children.
- A strong interest in applied behavior analysis and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A dependable, team-oriented approach to your work.
