About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship within the People function at AB InBev. You will gain hands-on experience by working on high-impact projects and tackling real-world business challenges. The role is designed to develop future leaders through integration into the business and exposure to our operations.
What you'll do#
- Own and execute a strategic project that addresses a key business challenge.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization.
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and modeling to support decision-making.
- Present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Engage in networking, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a first-year MBA candidate in a full-time business school program.
- Three to 10 years of operational experience in People and Talent, Strategy, Operations, or other relevant functions.
- Ability to embody a culture of ownership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter approach.
- Passion for the beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship.
