About the role#
A.N. Publishing is seeking an Entertainment Journalist Intern to cover film, television, and industry business. This role focuses on content relevant to our target demographic, specifically highlighting the role of people of color in entertainment media. This is a six-month, unpaid internship with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
You will produce weekly in-depth articles, commentary, and reviews. Your work will involve analyzing industry news, writing profiles, and providing statistical or historical insights.
What you'll need#
- Interest in the business side of the entertainment industry.
- Ability to review film or TV series across various genres.
- Strong critical thinking skills to produce socially relevant, fact-based commentary.
- Background in Journalism, English, Media Studies, or Communications.
Location & details#
This position is fully remote. While we encourage residents of Los Angeles and New York City to apply, your physical location does not affect your eligibility. This is a full-time commitment.
