About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site in Griffin, Georgia, under the supervision of the Production Manager. This role focuses on developing your trade skills while contributing to technical improvements within the electrical operations team.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Electrical Team to identify and implement technical improvements.
- Review standardized solutions for panel and wiring labels using on-site automation equipment.
- Provide feedback on label designs to improve clarity and utility.
- Study electrical schematics to gain proficiency and identify design gaps.
- Communicate findings to the design engineering team.
- Evaluate the electrical test quality gate to pinpoint recurring issues that delay testing.
- Work with the Quality and Electrical teams to mitigate these test quality issues.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering program.
- A willingness to learn electrical schematics and apply them in a production setting.
- Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.
- Interest in developing practical trade skills and quality control processes.
