About the role#
This internship focuses on the strategy and customer experience behind residential energy programs and rebates. You will work alongside a team of strategy experts to support residential product development. You will own the delivery and results for one to three key projects throughout your term.
What you'll do#
- Facilitate journey mapping sessions to understand how customers engage with products and services.
- Manage project plans that guide customers through purchase journeys for energy programs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to analyze energy data and understand supporting systems.
- Assist with RFPs and various regulatory filings as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or higher at an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Environmental Engineering, Communications, Management, Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, or Legal and Regulatory Compliance.
- Ability to work full-time during the summer and part-time during the school year.
- Ability to commute to the Minneapolis office for in-person work.
- Preferred experience includes project management, data analysis, user experience fundamentals, or energy industry knowledge.

- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (on-site at least 3 days per week).
- Compensation: $18.20 to $19.50 per hour.
