How to get in at Workshop
Applying early to Workshop gives you a distinct advantage, as recruiting teams often review applications before the candidate pool becomes unmanageable. Intern Insider sends an instant alert the moment a role matching your target is published, helping you get your materials in among the first. This timing ensures your profile is seen while the team is still actively building their shortlist. You can also improve your response rates by reaching out to the recruiters behind the roles directly to ask about the position or a potential referral. Intern Insider surfaces the specific people managing these openings, which allows you to bypass the standard queue and make a personal connection. Using this information to start a professional conversation often yields better results than submitting a resume into a general portal.
