About the role#
Join the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders for a hands-on summer internship. You will help shape the visual identity of the team while building a professional portfolio. This role involves creating content for social media, the stadium video board, and various promotional materials. You will work directly with our marketing, promotions, and production staff to support the team throughout the season.
What you'll do#
- Design engaging content for social media, digital platforms, and the stadium video board.
- Maintain Dock Spiders brand standards across all projects.
- Create and update marketing collateral, print pieces, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with staff in marketing, photography, social media, and video production.
- Operate and maintain stadium video-board systems, including Venus and CrossFire equipment.
- Coordinate game-day entertainment production, including support for PA, scoreboard, music, and video-board operations.
- Produce graphics for theme nights, sponsors, ticket sales, merchandise, and special events.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in graphic design, visual communications, advertising, or marketing.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite on Mac, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- An energetic and motivated approach to your work.
- Reliability and the initiative to take on new tasks.
- The ability to work in a busy environment.
Location & details#
- Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 10 to August 13).
- Commitment: Full-time, including business hours, nights, weekends, and all home games.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship with a $1,500 salary and eligibility for college credit. Team-provided housing options are available.
