About the role#
WIN Technology is looking for a Salesforce Administrator Intern to join our Business Systems team. You will support the administration, enhancement, and optimization of our Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role is designed for students or recent graduates who want to build a career as a Salesforce Administrator. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in a production environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily administration tasks like user setup, permissions, profiles, and roles.
- Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and Flow automation.
- Support system enhancements to improve business processes and usability.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide first-level support.
- Meet with business users to document requirements and translate them into user stories.
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Assist with data cleanup, deduplication, and governance activities.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to promote user adoption.
- Gain exposure to tools like Conga Composer, Conga Contracts, and FormAssembly.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinement.
- Learn Salesforce security best practices and release management.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Completed coursework involving Salesforce or earned Salesforce Trailhead badges, Superbadges, or certifications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative.
- A genuine interest in building a career in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Candidates must reside within 75 miles of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, or be willing to relocate before the start date.
- Preferred: Salesforce Administrator Certification, experience with Flow automation, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
