About the role#
Wiley|Wilson is hiring a Technology Systems intern for the summer of 2027 in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a paid, full-time position. You will work with experienced designers on real-world projects, focusing on the technology infrastructure that powers modern buildings. Our team designs systems for data networks, including structured cabling, fiber infrastructure, pathway systems, electronic security, and audiovisual setups for various clients.
What you'll do#
- Assist with system layouts and project documentation.
- Learn to use Revit for design tasks.
- Observe how technology systems design coordinates with architectural and engineering disciplines.
- Gain hands-on experience with the design process for physical infrastructure.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program for information technology, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Completion of at least your second year of study by summer 2027.
- A strong interest in technology systems and building design.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset.
- Revit experience is preferred but not required.
Location & details#
- This internship is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
- The role is primarily an on-site experience with some hybrid flexibility. You will determine the specific balance of remote and office work with your manager.
