About the role#
White Cap offers a corporate internship for students and recent graduates. You will gain hands-on experience by working in departments such as marketing, human resources, finance, operations, or business development. This role involves working under general supervision, where you will follow established protocols to resolve clearly defined problems. You may be paired with a mentor to support your professional development.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data to produce findings and draw conclusions.
- Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations to management.
- Communicate project status, issues, and roadblocks.
- Execute tasks related to functional projects and process improvements.
- Assist with research and special projects to support business objectives.
What you'll need#
- A BS or BA degree in a related discipline, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, or Operations Management.
- Zero to two years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and techniques.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies in data and resolve missing information.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Vaughan, Ontario.
- The role operates on a rolling term.
- Work is performed in a comfortable indoor environment.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required, typically less than 10% of the time.
